Identify the type of screen you have by going through these pictures. If you have Samsung screen, you may face the following issues:
- Android Tablet Isn’t On
- App is crashing when I go to run a session

- Step 1: Turn off both the Somadome and the android tablet
- Step 2: Wait 60 seconds, turn both the Somadome and the Android tablet on.
- Step 3: Run a session.
- Step 4: If issue persists, contact us.

- The frame around my screen will not stay in place

- We suggest ordering a strong velcro with at least 10lbs of strength and adhesive on the back side for easy mounting to the faceplate and bezel of your Somadome. Place one strip on each edge of the faceplate.
