Your onboard touch screen operates a native app and is communicating locally to the board running the Somadome. We push content updates to Somadome boards as relevant, but to the extent that any Somadome can access the evolving UX and content library which will be introduced through our mobile app. If you want to access premium content through the mobile app, any dome can subscribe and use the mobile app to talk to your dome’s board through an intermittent bluetooth pairing.
