How do you service domes out of warranty or support us if something goes wrong?

The warranty is 6 months on the electronics (tablet, headphones, lights) and 5 years on the mechanical hardware. Within this period we will service and replace parts using our technicians at no cost to you. After that we will provide these services and parts at-cost. We will always strive to provide technical support to you at the lowest possible cost. Our technicians are available to hop on calls for virtual assistance and if you have capable maintenance technicians onsite that could work with our field technicians we are happy to train them. In many cases, this would then reduce service costs compared to having our technician fly out to do a given repair.
