How much and how hard is it to retrofit if needed?

We do not mark up our parts or service costs and will always quote you what our cost is. We will always provide a resolution to any problem your dome is having at no cost to you during your warranty period and only charge our costs when your dome is outside of the warranty period.  If an electronic part on your dome breaks and we have since discontinued use of that component, we may need to upgrade or “retrofit” your hardware to the new system. At that time we will provide you a quote for the total cost, if outside of warranty, and have a Somadome technician complete the retrofit for you if necessary. We always strive to make a part replacement or retrofit as easy as possible and at the lowest possible cost to you. If a part can be easily replaced by you without one of our technicians needing to come on-site, we will always advise you to take that option and we will guide you virtually through the repair or retrofit at no-extra cost to you.
