My dome will not turn on

Turn off your Somadome and remove the lower rear panel of the Somadome to access the power supply. Ensure the power supply is plugged into both the wall and the Somadome control board. Then turn your Somadome back on.

- If you hear the fans run but the lights do not turn on you may have an issue with your LED system, please contact us.
- If you do not hear the fans run and the lights do not turn on either, you may have an issue with your power supply or control board. Please contact us.
