Step 1: Remove the cushions that surround the touch screen and the plastic bezel that holds it to the fiberglass base. See picture below for cushions marked in red.

Step 2: Gently remove the plastic bezel that is attached to the fiberglass base of the dome. It is held to the fiberglass using velcro. Be careful not to pull the velcro off of the fiberglass itself.

Step 3: With the dome powered on, press and hold the reset button on the back of the screen for three seconds and check to see if the screen turns on. See picture below for the button location circled in red.

Once you have performed this reset, please turn the dome off, wait 20 seconds, and turn back on to see if the screen turns on again upon startup.
