Step 1) Download the nrfToolbox app installed from AppStore/Play Store

Step 2) Download the firmware file (attached to this email). The file is titled, “Somadome_dfu_touch_hp_03042021.zip”

Step 3) Open nrfToolbox App, Choose “DFU” from the grid of tools, Press “Select File”, Select “Distribution Packet” from the list of file types, Press “Select Device”, one named SOMADOME-XXXXXX should appear , Select SOMADOME-XXXXXX, Press “Upload”. The firmware will be updated, it takes 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 4) If the firmware update is successful, the Somadome will reboot and cycle through its colors.

Step 5) Select a session on the Somadome touchscreen and test to see if the screen causes the dome to respond to play the dome color and audio.
