Our market is growing and we are currently building a community of field techs. If we don’t have one in your market yet, we would be happy to provide training. Our Somadome technicians are always available to hop on a video call. Any issue that could possibly arise can be resolved by any qualified technician in your market, with our supervision. Any part that could need updating, repair or replacing could either be sourced readily from global suppliers such as Alibaba or Amazon, or otherwise shipped to you from us directly. Any software updates needed can be pushed remotely via WiFi. Please contact us to learn more.
