What about after the session? What do we do?

You will want to have a basic system to track the time if the dome is not visible from where your staff is located. Setting a timer for 20 minutes is useful in this case. Once the session has ended (the dome turns white), you can gently open the dome for you or your customer. Be careful not to startle your customer as most users will be coming out of a deep meditative state and in some cases have fallen asleep. Please refer to our User Experience Guide
