All new Somadomes purchased through our Somadome Purchase Model come with a 30-day guarantee and are returnable and refundable minus initial shipping and installation costs for 30 days after the official date of installation and will incur a $1000 restocking fee + return shipping costs except to the extent covered under warranty or subject to buyback provisions. This return policy does not apply to international orders. 

For domes purchased through our Somadome Partner Model, we expect a minimum use of your dome to qualify you to host it, at no additional cost. Once qualified, terms to follow. For products to remain returnable, original wooden crate, pallet, mounting straps, bolts and packing materials must be kept in working condition. If these materials have not been kept in working condition, Purchaser will be subject to an additional $1,000 crating fee for returns. This return policy does not apply to international orders.
