What kind of ongoing maintenance does the dome require? Do you have a maintenance program? How do parts get replaced if needed?

The dome requires nominal ongoing maintenance aside from basic cleaning and upkeep. Should any issues arise, we will always do our best to bring your Somadome to perfect capacity as quickly as possible. If a part does not fall under warranty, we will replace and repair any relevant part at cost; however all hardware is built to endure many uses over many years. The dome does not require any technical maintenance and software/content updates are pushed automatically from our home network.
